30 Day Money Back Guarantee

Sometimes things just don't work out, but break ups don't have to suck. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to Swoon within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund (returns must be in the original packaging). So, if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, send an email to keisha@getswoon.com with the subject line: Return. We'll send you a Return Authorization Form and shipping instructions. Once we receive your return, Swoon will credit your original form of payment.

With Swoon Beauty's 30-day return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging.


Refund Policy
We accept returns. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from getswoon.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We will replace defective items. If you need to return a defective item for exchange, send an email to Keisha@getswoon.com and send your item to: 4127 Foxbrush Lane, Sugar Land, TX 77479.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returned items.
